D.C. Photo Diary – January 2019

Happy Wednesday! I\’ve spent most of this short week stressing and working and stressing and dreaming about being back in D.C. So, I thought I\’d share some of the pictures from one of my favorite cities: D.C.!

Breakfast: Astro Doughnuts and Fried Chicken

I got the Candy Bar doughnut and it was kind of a cake-like doughnut! Very filling, but very delicious.

The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial

This was something I stumbled upon while wondering through the city. There\’s so much there I never knew existed.

The Capitol Hill Neighborhood

After the March, I decided to go to Capitol Hill Books and I got to walk through the cutest neighborhood. Excuse me, while I add this to the list of places I want to live when I grow up.

Capitol Hill Books

I originally wasn\’t going to come here during this trip, but the lines for the Metro were so long I decided to make better use of my time.

The Metro During Golden Hour

My favorite part of staying in Crystal City is the view going in and out of the city. I happened to be going back about 4/5ish and it was so beautiful. The pictures don\’t do it justice.

On my way out of town, I missed my exit and ended up driving through the city. The first picture was taken while I was on my little detour… I hope y\’all aren\’t stressing as much as I am… Much Love, Jac
